3D SLA printer

Industrial resin-based 3D printing

In the stereolithography process, liquid synthetic resins are cured layer by layer using a laser. The workpiece is created in a plastic bath and lowered further after each processed layer.

This method requires support structures during printing, which are individually adapted to the component by the software. Formlabs is one of the leading desktop SLA printers.

Printing impresses with clean details and consistent print results, thanks to a high power density laser beam and a compact system of lenses and mirrors to enable accurate, repeatable printed parts. Formlabs now offers a selection of over 20 materials to meet almost any design requirement.
